Refund Policy

All payments are required at the time of transaction.

If for any reason, we cannot complete the task paid for, we will offer a refund by the same means of payment. You will be notified via email/phone if this is the case. Once we have completed our side we cannot offer a refund.

All documents will be sent via post under a registered service so we can track delivery.

All payments are made via WorldPay so there will be no card details retained or even acknowledged by any admin members of Dog World Kennel Club.
